Yes. Run a few cards at once, like a coffee card and a holiday pastry card, each with its own reward. Seasonal cards can have start and end dates. Your plan sets how many cards can run together; see plan limits.
Only if you want them to. The default is never. You can give a card a deadline, make points expire some months after they’re earned or after a quiet spell, and give rewards a “use within” window. Shoppers always see the date in the app and get a reminder a week before.
Yes. Make member groups like VIP, Gold or Suki. Each group gets one perk: extra points on every purchase, or bonus stamps per visit. Add people by hand, or let them join automatically once they reach a number of visits or points.
A small group of nearby shops that KYP sets up together, up to 10. Each shop gives one perk to the members of the others, like 10% off an iced coffee for people who stamp at the bakery down the street. Members see the perks on their card in the app, and your staff apply them at the counter. Your plan needs Circles turned on; write to support@kyprewards.com to ask.
No. A perk is something a shop chooses to give, like a free pandesal or 10% off a drink. It can’t be bought, sold, transferred or swapped for cash. The shop that gives it sets it, pays for it, and can change or end it. Stamps and points work the same way.
Send a short push announcement from your dashboard. Each plan includes a set number per month, and shoppers can mute any shop. We don’t send SMS or marketing email: push is the only channel, so your members’ inboxes stay clean.
A daily stamp limit per shopper, a full history of who gave what at which branch, and undo only for a staff member’s own last entry within five minutes. When a shopper is found by code or email instead of their live QR, they confirm the redemption in their app, so rewards can’t be claimed without them.
No. KYP Rewards runs on its own, with no POS connection to set up. For points, staff type the amount spent and the points are worked out for them.
Choose monthly or yearly and pay through PayMongo with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card. If you don’t, the counter pauses until you pay; your dashboard stays readable and your members keep their balances. See billing questions.
We keep only what the program needs: a shopper’s name, email and their visits and rewards at your shop. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012, never sell data, and shoppers can delete their account in the app. Read our privacy policy or write to support@kyprewards.com.
